At City Limits’ weekly broadcast interviews, we stand up for two reasons. One, it’s better for your posture than sitting. Two, it’s what you do when you’re talking about what you believe in.
Joining us at the Stand-Up Desk on Thursday morning was Community Voices Heard executive director Afua Atta-Mensah. We talked about the East Harlem Neighborhood Plan, the city’s rezoning proposal, the question of whether a rezoning is inevitable and the overlay between the land-use review process and the 2017 campaign calendar.
Many thanks to intrepid videographer Marc Bussanich for producing the Stand-Up Desk series.
