Bronx Assembly members Jose Rivera and Carmen Arroyo endorsed State Senator Pedro Espada, Jr. for reelection outside the Bronx County Courthouse yesterday morning.
In a press release sent out afterwards, Espada’s press director Franck Laboy said,
