This is a highly competitive program and we can only accept a select few candidates due to the limited size. If we are unable to offer you a reporting internship, we encourage you to reapply for future sessions, and to continue your pursuit of journalism. The City Limits Accountability Reporting Initiative for Youth (CLARIFY), with the CUNY Journalism Council and Press Pass NYC, is now taking applications from New York City high school students for two journalism training camps this summer in Brooklyn and Queens.

City Limits, a nonprofit news organization that’s been covering New York for 46 years, is now accepting applications from high school students for CLARIFY, its paid youth journalism training program for the fall of 2022.
This is a paid journalism training program for New York City high school students who will be entering either their junior or senior year of high school (11th and 12th grades) in the upcoming fall 2022 semester. Students graduating from high school this June are also eligible.
