- Monday, Jan. 6 at 1 p.m.: The City Planning Commission will hold a session to review the following land use applications: North 7th Street Rezoning, Windsor Park Height Authorization, East Harlem 125th Street BID, 1093-1095 Jerome Avenue UDAAP, Brownsville NCP, New York Community Hospital of Brooklyn, Queens Future map change and amendment. - Tuesday, Jan. 7 at noon.: The New York City Charter Revision Commission will hold its initial public meeting, to consider to revisions to the New York City Charter related to housing, which New Yorkers would be asked to vote on next general election. More here.
