- Tuesday, Jan. 24 at 9:30 a.m.: The city’s Landmarks Preservation Commission will hold a public hearing on a number of applications. More here.
- Tuesday, Jan. 24 at 10 a.m.: The NYC Council’s Subcommittee on Zoning and Franchises will meet to discuss an application related to special parking permits for 213-227 W. 28t St. More here.
- Tuesday, Jan. 24 at 1 p.m.: The NYC Council’s Committee on Housing and Buildings will hold an oversight hearing on Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs) and how to legalize the city’s basement apartments. More here.
