• July 27, 5:30 p.m.: Learn about career opportunities and open positions with the Department of Housing Preservation & Development at this virtual HPD job fair. [More Here]
• July 27, 5:30 to 7 p.m.: NYC’s Department of Housing Preservation & Development will host a resource fair for Brooklyn homeowners, with information on foreclosure prevention, financial resources, managing your home as a small landlord and more. [More Here]

NYC Affordable Housing Lotteries Ending Soon

The New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development is closing lotteries on the following subsidized buildings over the next week:

• 802 Howard Ave., Brooklyn, for households earning between $61,715 – $156,130 a year
• 428 Wythe Ave., Brooklyn, for households earning between $87,703 – $156,130 a year
