Brooklyn is about the bluest county in one of the bluest states in the country, and it’s the site of the campaign headquarters for the odds-on presidential favorite, who happens to be the state’s former junior U.S. senator. So does that mean the borough is spoken for when it comes to the 2016 presidential race?
