• Monday, Feb. 3 at 1 p.m.: The City Planning Commission will hold a review session regarding the following land use applications: Lenox Hill Hospital, Carmen Villegas Apartments – Senior Housing, 347 Flushing Avenue, 236 Gold Street Rezoning, 163-25 Archer Avenue Curb Cut Certification. More here.

• Tuesday, Feb. 4, 5 to 8 p.m.: The city’s Department of Finance will host an outreach event for property owners about understanding their Notice of Property Value, which informs them of their property’s tentative market and assessed values for the coming tax year. More here.
