- Monday, Feb. 3 at 1 p.m.: The City Planning Commission will hold a review session regarding the following land use applications: Lenox Hill Hospital, Carmen Villegas Apartments – Senior Housing, 347 Flushing Avenue, 236 Gold Street Rezoning, 163-25 Archer Avenue Curb Cut Certification. More here.
