NYC Affordable Housing Lotteries Ending Soon: The New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development (HPD) are closing lotteries on the following subsidized buildings over the next week.
- 655 Union Street Apartments, Brooklyn, for households earning between $33,772 – $218,010
- 3914 15th Avenue Apartments, Brooklyn, for households earning between $123,258 – $218,010
- Brooklyn Crossing (Waiting List), Brooklyn, for households earning between $65,315 – $218,010
- Lumen LIC Apartments, Queens, for households earning between $102,515 – $250,380
- Bedford Green House II, Bronx, for households earning up to $100,620
- 2-20 Malt Drive Apartments, Queens, for households earning between $85,372 – $218,010
- 195 Humboldt Street Apartments, Brooklyn, for households earning between $144,515 – $250,380
