- Wednesday, Dec. 18 at 5:30 p.m.: Care For the Homeless and Urban Pathways will host its annual Homeless Persons’ Memorial Day observance. A meal will be served at 4:30, followed by the program at 5:30. More here.

- Thursday, Dec. 19 at 6 p.m.: Tenants & Neighbors will host a Zoom workshop on applying for the Senior Citizen Rent Increase Exemption (SCRIE) and the Disability Rent Increase Exemption (DRIE). More here.
