Upcoming Housing and Land Use-Related Events:
- Monday, June 3 at 5 p.m.: The NYC Rent Guidelines Board will hold a hearing to collect public testimony on proposed rent adjustments for the city’s rent stabilized tenants at Hostos Community College in the Bronx. More here.
- Tuesday, June 4 at 9:30 a.m.: The NYC Landmarks Preservation Commission will hold a public hearing on several properties, including the Brooklyn Edison Building. More here.
- Tuesday, June 4 at 10 a.m.: The NYC Council’s Committee on Aging will hold an oversight hearing on supporting the city’s Naturally Occurring Retirement Communities, and will also discuss a resolution calling on the state to increase the income eligibility threshold for several housing assistance programs for seniors. - Tuesday, June 4 at 1 p.m.: The NYC Council’s Subcommittee on Landmarks, Public Sitings and Dispositions will meet about two land use applications related to the Red Hook Coastal Resiliency project. More here.
- Thursday, June 6 at 10 a.m.: The NYC Council’s Committee on Immigration will vote on bills that would require the city to conduct surveys of newly arrived migrants on their health and employment needs. More here.
- Wednesday, June 5 at 5 p.m.: The NYC Rent Guidelines Board will hold a hearing to collect public testimony on proposed rent adjustments for the city’s rent stabilized tenants at Medgar Evers College in Brooklyn. More here.

- Kelly Residentials aka 1034 Kelly Street Apartments, Bronx, for households earning between $104,640 – $181,740
- 414 East 152nd Street Apartments, Bronx, for households earning between $106,458 – $218,010
