• Monday, March 10 at 10:30 a.m.: The NYC Council’s Committee on Public Housing will hold a hearing on the city’s preliminary budget. More here.
• Monday, March 10 at 11 a.m.: The New York State Senate’s Committee on Housing, Construction and Community Development will meet regarding several housing and tenant-related bills. More here.
• Tuesday, March 11 at 9:30 a.m.: The City’s Landmarks and Preservation Commission will meet regarding a number of applications, including whether to landmark the former Whitney Museum of American Art building at 945 Madison Ave., known as the Breuer building. More here.
• Tuesday, March 11 at 11 a.m.: The NYC Council’s Subcommittee on Zoning and Franchises will meet regarding land use applications for 123-12 Sutphin Boulevard, the Metropolitan Park project near Citi Field, and a sidewalk cafe application for Le Dive. More here.
