Since he was canned for publicly challenging then-housing commissioner Lilliam Barrios-Paoli a few years ago, longtime HPD counsel Harold Shultz was hiding out in a public place: as deputy director of the Mayor’s Office of Contracts. Next month, he’ll be making his return to 100 Gold Street in the Department of Housing Preservation & Development’s legal affairs department.

West Side SRO Law Project organizer Frank Brodhead has shifted boroughs and hung up his organizer’s hat, taking on development work at Northwest Bronx Community and Clergy Coalition.

Apparently Angelita Anderson doesn’t mind this summer heat. The long-time director of the City-Wide Task Force on Housing Court will be leaving her team of fearless housing court advisors sometime this fall–to move to Florida, where she’ll have plenty of opportunities to catch some rays.
