Last week, NYCHA did okay its own public hearing on a deregulation application it filed with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.

The hearing, which is expected to draw hundreds of tenants, will be held at 6:30 pm, Tuesday, May 6th in FIT’s Katie Murphy Amphitheater, 7th Ave. and W. 27th St.
