After two public appointments–first as commissioner of the city Human Resources Administration then as executive director at Bronx’ Lincoln hospital–Lilliam Barrios-Paoli’s next move is understandably shrouded in mystery. After pacing Lincoln’s hallways for about six months, Barrios-Paoli reportedly will become vice-president of the United Way. But don’t ask what she’ll be doing or even when she starts: “We’re not making any announcement at this time,” said a United Way press rep.
