Last week, City Limits reported that foundation giving declined 2.5 percent in 2003. But another study released by the New York City-based Foundation Center shows that in the niche field of health policy, foundation grants are actually on the rise. It received 12 percent of overall health grants in 2002 compared to 9 percent in the mid-1990s. [04/19/04]
