Tatyana Turner joined City Limits as the New York City Housing Authority reporter in February 2023. Before that, she covered  breaking news, general assignment and food for The Chicago Tribune. Between 2020 and 2021, Turner was a Report for America fellow through which she was a Black Life and Culture reporter for The Baltimore Sun. She holds a B.A. in Communication Studies from Temple University and a master’s degree in Journalism from Columbia University. She lives in the South Bronx.
