The “Where We Live” report, released by HPD, outlines the city’s plans to create more equitable housing and capital investments by the year 2050 and further its Fair Housing goals.
The final fiscal 2021 spending plan staved off cuts to smaller housing programs, but retained a shift of roughly a billion dollars in capital spending on the mayor’s affordability plan.
The city will distribute a $1.65 million grant from Enterprise Community Partners to three community land trusts and to fund a technical assistance program to assist many new ones.
