I wonder if they’ll be open to a Land Trust for the Armory in Crown Heights now….

How is HPD transparent when they transfer land to their favorite developers all the time. How is it that L&M Development continues to get contracts/business when all their buildings have had construction defect issues?

A Community Land Trust would make sense for the Bedford-Union Armory Project in Crown Heights Brooklyn. A Land trust would benefit the community at large rather than allowing Developers to make a large profit on the project and sell high price condominiums which will have no future benefit to the community. A Land Trust will allow the citizens of Brooklyn/NYC to maintain ownership of the land instead of selling it off to Developers.
