we definitely dont need any delays in building these so called affordable housing, from my understanding, there is over 6,000 or more vacant rentstabilized units, collecting dust, there are alot of large vacant lots that can be used for truly affordable housing, so far what i see is if you have a higher income like market rate, or high middle income there are alot of towers, and apartment buildings going up in better off neighborhoods, and also going up in gentrifying neighborhoods, i would like to see truly affordable housing units going up in better off neighborhoods, not just the impoverished hoods, we should not have to apply for affordable housing in high crime undesirable area because there are more low income and senior citizens housing, smh
