“Customers say to me that they are noticing it’s certainly not getting any worse,” Transit President Andy Byford said. “What we really want is for them to say is it’s absolutely getting better.”
Complaints include drivers who are poorly trained and service that is slow and inefficient, regularly making users late for work and other engagements.
