Upcoming Housing and Land Use-Related Events:

• Tuesday, March 12 at 11 a.m.: The NYC Council’s Subcommittee on Zoning and Franchises will meet to discuss several land use applications. More here.
• Tuesday, March 12 at 1 p.m.: The NYC Council’s Committee on Public Housing will hold an oversight hearing on the preliminary budget proposal for NYCHA. More here.
• Wednesday, March 13 at 8 a.m.: The Mayor’s Working Group for Faith-Based Affordable Housing and Community Development, Bricks and Mortals, and The Center for Faith and Community Partnerships will host the Faith-Based Affordable Housing Summit, exploring how the city’s religious organizations can help solve the housing shortage. • Friday, March 15 at 12:45 p.m.: The NYC Council’s Subcommittee on Landmarks, Public Sitings and Dispositions will meet. More here.
• Friday, March 15 at 1 p.m.: The NYC Council’s Committee on Land Use will meet. More here.
• Monday, March 18 at 1 p.m.: The NYC Planning Commission will hold a review session. More here.
• Monday, March 18 at 4 p.m.: The city’s Office of the Deputy Mayor for Housing, Economic Development, and Workforce will hold a public scoping meeting on the SPARC Kips Bay plan, which proposes developing a life sciences, healthcare, and public health hub at Hunter College’s Brookdale campus. • 26-36 4th Street Apartments, Queens, for households earning between $87,429 – $165,230
• 1716 East 54th Street Apartments, Brooklyn, for households earning between $123,429 – $198,250
• 4622 Fort Hamilton Street Apartments, Brooklyn, for households earning between $85,715 – $165,230
• 61 Delmonico Place Apartments, Brooklyn, for households earning between $107,178 – $165,230
• 236 Berry Street Apartments, Brooklyn, for households earning between $113,726 – $165,230
• 763 Park Avenue Apartments, Brooklyn, for households earning between $127,989 – $198,250
