    Which would be better for the neighborhood. The area is apparently zoned R6, R6A and R6B.

    Cooper Park was redistricted. One of the results is its capacity was not included in the waterfront rezoning impact statements, skewing AMIs, open space ratios, transportation & CSO numbers etc. As to whether that was intentional, I don’t know.

    Ideally the parking lot would become a park, because of air quality problems.
