OMG! NYCHA continues to suck the life and tax dollars out of NYC. This new financing scheme will backfire because woke financial amateurs are behind it. So NYCHA residents want a say in what is done to their tax-payer funded buildings? Really? What else to they want at taxpayer expense?

NYCHA housing could be and should be the pride of New York. We are able to house the finance capital of the world, top notch sports arenas, and luxury apartments and heliports for the billionaire class. Unfortunately, our priorities are skewed to serve profiteering and the amassing of massive fortune at the cost of decent truly affordable housing, good wages and healthcare for all. The neglect of NYCHA housing and divergence from the provisions already in HUD and NYCHA rules is shameful. Housing is a right! There is no scarcity of money in New York it is just that is all funneled to the super wealthy and they would have us believe that money is scarce and that the poor are sucking it all up. Don’t be fooled. Study up. do what you gotta do and finally start getting active to put people before profits. Our federal government is pouring billions into war and preparations for war. And yet we allow NYCHA housing home to half a million people fall into disrepair? That’s just plain crazy and disgusting!
