Greedy government and the people using the power of government to grant themselves exclusive monopolies are being shown the error of their greed.

Be inclusive to everyone and you will make your revenues.

Stop creating enemies where none need exist. Stop pretending that it was only black people who were harmed by the drug war.

Every other state is making a billion dollars revenues because of their laws that were more INCLUSIVE than EXCLUSIVE based on some “equity” racist nonsense.

Instead of making new laws to enforce how about we make laws where law abiding citizens can open this up to start generating taxes you want. This set up is a racist in itself. Just because I’m white and had a felony marijuana crime not in New York automatically disqualify me. What about the hemp CBD people why are they not getting a license. This whole social equity is a joke and you should be ashamed of what the state of new York has put together. In America this is the land of opportunity and New York has not included those people who have been in the buisness.

Science and widespread experience have shown cannabis has no significant harms. Hence, the only regulation it really needs is to prohibit sales to children and require adequate sanitation, as we do for all produce.

I guess they would rather have the market complete driven under ground and these people dealing weed in their neighborhoods, rather than out of store fronts.

Use common sense, it seems to be lacking amongst the NYOCM.
