FYI, the bar is actually called Neir’s, not McNeir’s.

Without giving business owners the right to renewal commercial leases and the right to negotiate fair lease terms, all bills and initiatives will fail. Lawmakers who have been given real estate money are just dancing around the small business crisis. The good news is this crisis exposes who really runs City Hall, big real estate. New Yorkers who want a return to “good government” and want to save ( not help or assist ) their favorite mom and pop business the only way to do this is support new candidates for the 2021 election. Big real estate has a stranglehold on our government and will NEVER pass legislation to save a single business.
