I regularly appear as a foreclosure defense attorney in Justice Dear’s part through a homeowner stability project that provides free legal services to borrowers and defendants with the goal of keeping people in their homes when possible. I was initially concerned with the consolidation of foreclosure cases in Justice Dear’s part but I’ve found Dear’s part to be the most efficient and fair of the 5 boroughs where I practice especially considering the large number of cases routed to a single judge. I don’t always get the result I want but Judge Dear and the court attorneys do their best to try to make the playing field even and have shown great concern for particularly vulnerable homeowners like seniors and the disabled.

YOU are dreaming if you expect this to be resolved by a class action. and it will not be resolved in a state or city court. A class action would require a federal court and an attorney with the guts to take on a political machine. If there is discrimination than a federal law enforcement agency would be required – Read Justice Thomas about judicial immunity

    Kings County Foreclosure Scandal Continues

Frank Seddio, Brooklyn Democratic Party Boss, Lori Citron Knipel, and Sue Ann Partnow both Leaders in the Democratic Party are also part of Seddio & Carone, Legal counsel for the Banks & Lenders foreclosing on properties in Kings County.

Meet the only three Judges handling ALL the Foreclosures in Kings County.
Judge Knipel, Judge Partnow & Judge Dear, (a former Democratic Party Leader).

These three Judges holds Kangaroo court weekly, for hundreds of cases, issuing decisions/orders on the same day. This without ever reading the memorandum of law, and with only skimming affidavits.

10,000 Homes Gone in Two Years.

Judge Laura Jacobson was Right. Foreclosure motions are dead on arrival, all cases are just rubber-stamped.
    Where is the FBI !

    MAJOR CLASS ACTION BREWING !!!
