Upcoming housing and land use-related events:
- Wednesday, May 27 at 10 a.m.: NYCHA will hold its monthly board meeting. More here.
- Wednesday, May 27 at 11 a.m.: The NYC Council’s Subcommittee on Zoning and Franchises will hold public hearings on proposals for Dewitt Clinton Park North (801 Eleventh Avenue), Dewitt Clinton Park North (629 West 54th Street), and Monitor Point (1,150 apartments planned along the waterfront in Greenpoint, Brooklyn). - Wednesday, May 27 at 6 p.m.: Empire State Development will hold a public hearing on plans to renew the ground lease for The Chrystie, a mix-used development at 229 Chrystie St. in Manhattan, for another 15 years. More here.
- Thursday, May 28 at 1 p.m.: The Atlantic Yards Community Development Corporation, which monitors construction impacts and quality of life issues related to the Atlantic Yards/Pacific Park project in downtown Brooklyn, will hold a directors meeting. More here.
- Thursday, May 28 at 6 p.m.: The Department of Housing Preservation and Development will hold an online workshop on how New Yorkers can apply for the city’s affordable housing lotteries. More here.
- Monday, June 1 at 1 p.m.: The City Planning Commission will hold a public review session. More here.
