Upcoming Housing and Land Use-Related Events:

• Monday, Jan. 6 at 1 p.m.: The City Planning Commission will hold a session to review the following land use applications: North 7th Street Rezoning, Windsor Park Height Authorization, East Harlem 125th Street BID, 1093-1095 Jerome Avenue UDAAP, Brownsville NCP, New York Community Hospital of Brooklyn, Queens Future map change and amendment. • Tuesday, Jan. 7 at 9:30a.m.: The Landmarks Preservation Commission will meet. More here.
• Tuesday, Jan. 7 at noon.: The New York City Charter Revision Commission will hold its initial public meeting, to consider to revisions to the New York City Charter related to housing, which New Yorkers would be asked to vote on next general election. More here.
• Wednesday, Jan. 8 at 10 a.m.: The City Planning Commission will vote on the following land use applications: 3111 Henry Hudson Parkway, 123-12 Sutphin Boulevard Rezoning, 122-03 14th Avenue Rezoning, 105 Annfield Court, 386 Nugent Street, Signal Hill Road. More here.
• Thursday, Jan. 9, at 11 a.m.: The City Council’s Subcommittee on Zoning and Franchises will meet regarding land use applications for: Gleason Funeral Home Commercial Overlay, 2185 Coyle St., 441 & 467 Prospect Ave., SPARC Kips Bay, and 455 First Ave. More here.

• Brooklyn Crossing (Waiting List), Brooklyn, for households earning between $65,315 – $218,010
• 55-04 & 55-06 102nd Street Apartments, Queens, for households earning between $78,858 – $218,010
• 1182 Woodycrest Apartments, Bronx, for households earning between $42,172 – $173,340
• 1367 Eastern Parkway Apartments, Brooklyn, for households earning between $116,058 – $181,740
• 122 Huron Street Apartments, Brooklyn, for households earning between $111,875 – $218,010
• The Vordonia Towers, Queens, for households earning between $40,800 – $218,010
