Please extend the rental moratorium for at least 6 months from Oct. 3, 2021 through April 30, 2022. If you don’t too many ‘covid sick’ people will be out of their apts., and be at risk of dying. Landlords are already getting remuneration for lost rent.

PLEASE DO NOT HARM THOSE WHO CAN’T AFFORD THEIR RENT.

    Thank you!

Important for all renters in NYC to know that they cannot be evicted for at least 6 months right now under the current protections available to them. They may need to appear in Housing Court and ask for legal services. Also, anyone who has applied for the Emergency Rental Assistance Program (ERAP) cannot be evicted.

Stop being a free loader and stop claiming entitlement of getting everything free. You guys are living for free for almost 2 years now. Small landlords are suffering heavily due to this illegal unconstitutional eviction moratorium. Get a job, tons of help wanted signs everywhere and begging for govt to end free welfare so that people go to work.

I hope the new governor will act swiftly in opening the courts for eviction, and in distributing the rent funds and force people to get back to work. And the govt should also provide relief to small landlords asap. Enough of throwing this burden on landlords.

I hope she realizes that tenants are voters and that we are in the majority.

I hope she realizes how small landlords are suffering mentally and financially and how many tenants have taken advantage for 2 years now. I hope she open the eviction courts.

I hope she follows through with the plan to pay the NY ERAP grant to the landlords by 8/31. That will help the landlords and the tenants. You can sign-up here: https://otda.ny.gov/programs/emergency-rental-assistance/
