    Debi Rose and James Oddo are right about ‘infrastructure first’. You can’t add ~6000 people to Staten Island’s aging infrastructure, particularly our limited water and sewer mains, without potentially damaging the entire island. Rduce the number of planned buildings and cut the size of the buildings down to 6 stories maximum if even that. SI was just not designed for density.
