I am a resident of a coop which has installed an extensive solar array atop our three buildings. The panels have been working well for about two years. At first, I was pleased to see some large adjustments to my electric bill, but then the credits disappeared, and for over a year, our electricity has been as expensive as everyone else’s. At this point, I am wondering whether ConEd is actually doing anything to fix the situation–or whether more noise must be made. There is no number to call, nobody to complain to, and in terms of household economics, this now seems like a boondoggle.
