    Wondering why the discussion on healthcare is framed ad nauseum as a binary choice? Either status quo or Medicare for all — that’s it. Isn’t something like https://www.deaccumulate.com/medicare-for-most worth considering?

      Until the layers of profit and self dealing motives of the insurance and pharmaceutical companies are removed, it is impossible to afford to cover and expand coverages for everyone. Why is that so difficult to understand?!

    To lift up this population a civilized Country must care for the needy and provide healthcare, education, housing and food. We are smart enough to increase revenues to pay for all this.

    Actual John – with our government as a currency issuer – the government could fully fund Medicare for All tomorrow without raising anyone’s taxes.
