- Monday, March 3 at 1 p.m.: The City Planning Commission will hold a review session on the following land use applications: 1946 East 7th Street Rezoning, 161-01 Jamaica Avenue ACS Office Acquisition, 19 Maspeth Avenue Rezoning, 2201-2227 Neptune Avenue Rezoning, Bayview Correctional Facility Redevelopment Project. - Monday, March 3 at 11 a.m.: The New York State Senate’s Committee on Housing, Construction and Community Development will meet regarding a slate of housing-related bills. More here.
- Tuesday, March 4, 6:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.: NYCHA tenants and advocates with Citizen Action, Community Voices Heard, NY Communities for Change, Red Hook Initiative and the Community Service Society will travel to Albany to advocate for resources for public housing in this year’s state budget. - Tuesday, March 4 at 9:30 a.m.: The city’s Landmarks Preservation Commission will meet. More here.
- Tuesday, March 4 at 11:30: The New York State Senate’s Standing Committee on Banks will hold a public hearing on discrimination in the housing mortgage industry. More here.
- Tuesday, March 4, 5 to 8 p.m.: The mayor’s 2025 Charter Revision Commission, which is weighing government changes around housing and land use procedures, will hold a public input meeting in the Bronx. More here.
- Wednesday, March 5 at 10 a.m.: The City Planning Commission will hold a public meeting. More here.
- Wednesday, March 5 at 6 p.m.: The Department of Housing, Preservation and Development will hold an online workshop for property owners on pest management. More here.
- Thursday, March 6 at 10 a.m.: The NYC Council’s Subcommittee on Zoning and Franchises will meet regarding the application for the Metropolitan Park proposal, which would develop a casino, hotels, park space and other amenities on the parking lot next to Citi Field. More here.
- Monday, March 10 at 10:30 a.m.: The NYC Council’s Committee on Public Housing will hold a hearing on the city’s preliminary budget. More here.

- 2605 Snyder Avenue Apartments, Brooklyn, for households earning between $117,360 – $218,010
- 1615 Cedar Street Apartments, for households earning between $123,258 – $218,010
- 28-08 38th Avenue Apartments, Queens, for households earning between $117,360 – $218,01
- 31-61 Vernon Boulevard Apartments, Queens, for households earning between $105,223 – $181,740
- Plank Road – Waiting List, Brooklyn, for households earning between $53,040 – $218,010
