I reside in the Westerlea Arms apts located in hightstown Nj nowhere there are several illegal persons residing due to the overcrowding of apts 1 bedroom has multiple families coming from their countries and living on beds out of trashes bring roaches and bedbugs. These persons tell office that family is visiting but never return. Parking is in violation due to many vehicles parked where he have parked in area before they arrive. They have no drivers licenses and several schools are in the area but they fly down these small streets endangering small children boarding buses and returning departing buses. Office has sent out several memos but they won’t adhere to rules nor open the door when supervisor knocks because they know they’re illegal with no papers. 1 bedroom and two bedroom apt have multiple familie andd jut have babies throughout the year we are afraid to complain due to being evicted for complaints… We have no choice but to tolerate the situation

Help!! No were to turn and suffering living in a 3/4 house. I am a recovering addict late in age and lost everything. I am trying to get my life back and being threaten physically and can’t call law enforcement because they side with the manager. I know they deal with many types of people but I am a professional that needed transitional housing to deal with my addiction that started late in life in my 4os. I have never been in the system and left welfare when I was 12 when my mom got her first job. What I am trying to say is that I have never been through this process. I got a job and that fell through but lost my benefits and trying to get them back to pay my rent ..my days consist of job hunting and HRA APPOINTMENTS. I am doing everything right and they constantly harass me and others living there. I have seen management threaten people with weapons and I have been confronted many time. It is so bad people left in the cold of winter to stay on the street rather then to live in this place.. There must be some oversite as it is almost impossible to recover or rehabilitate in the environment. . what can I do? I am researching because the house is good otherwise and clean.yes it is packed but it is something and better then a street. The management in this house needs to go and i believe that they need mental evaluation. They are not fit to manage addicts and parolees. Wish me luck and pray for me

    Bless Geo
