Lets not forget about the lottery system where it is poorly supervised by HPD. We have many shareholders who never lived in their unit and then flipped them for a big profit. If HPD and the property managers that are on their list actually managed their properties properly this would not happen. But, HPD has no idea how they choose their property managers. Good luck getting an answer from the staff @ HPD on this question.

Don ‘t see how you can legally stop a realtor or anyone else from soliciting home sales via the mail or billboards. I remember back in the 1970s ‘For Sale’ signs were banned on homes in parts of Brooklyn as an anti-blockbusting measure. IIRC the courts struck the law down.

I believe I am experiencing harassment from real estate operatives. Mainly – taking pictures of my home WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. I know to confront these operatives can be dangerous, and , moreover – the law may not be on my side. I would like to get legal advice to fight these people legally – and to get them to LEAVE ME THE HELL ALONE ! I AM NOT GOING TO SELL MY HOME RIGHT NOW – TO THESE PEOPLE !Please feel free to be in touch with me. I am a homeowner – who pays his mortgage on time ! Again – please be in touch with me !

This is currently happening to a family I know in Hollywood, California. Real estate agents / brokers / salesperson are just outright lying, makings false accusations, having gang members harass them, etc. The developers who are behind these agents should also be held liable.
