    Scott Short is correct to say that RBSCC puts tenant’s first. But those tenants must pay their rent which is already subsidized, otherwise the portfolio will perish. I remember managing the entire RBSCC affordable housing portfolio before Scott arrived… at times, we had to borrow from Peter to pay Paul simply to make ends meet. Not a good thing.
