The main problem is poor ecology, which is a danger to human health. Chemical emissions from industrial enterprises, exhausts from millions of automobiles, dust and soot particles – all these harmful substances are constantly in the air surrounding us, and the level of air pollution in cities is many times higher than all permissible norms. In the atmosphere of the metropolis you can find the entire periodic table, and with this cocktail we are forced to breathe every day. Adverse ecology leads to disastrous consequences. According to statistics, among urban residents there are twice as many allergy sufferers than among those who live in small towns. Diseases of the respiratory tract and cardiovascular system, a decrease in immunity and, as a result, an increase in the number of patients – this is what air pollution in cities leads to.
