    NON PROFITS ARE NOT ALWAYS HONEST SOMETIMES THEY ARE BOUGHT AND PAID FOR BY POLITICIANS LOOKING FOR VOTES SHELTERS AND HOTEL SHELTERSFOR INSTANCE DONT HELP NOBODY THESEPEOPLE NEED SUPPORTIVE HOUSING WHICH I LEARNED FROM PLANING COMMISSION MEETINGS IS NOT REALLY FIRST WANTED SHELTERS WHERE MY VETERAN FRIENDS WOULDRATHER LIVE IN STREET OR GO TO PRISON NON PROFITS THE NO GOOD ONES ONLY SUPPORT THEMSELVES CITY SHOULD RUN ALOT OF PROGRAMS AND REAL NOT CONNECTED POLTICAL NON PROGITS BRUCE JACOBS COALITION OF THE ROCKAWAYS SUPPORTER OF MEDICAL AND RELIGIOUS FREEDOM FIGHTER FOR ROCKAWAYS ALL QUEENS AND REALLY ALL 5 BOROS 911C1ST RESPONDER USNAVY VET 30 YEARS NYCTA AND PROTECTOR AGAINST CORRUPTION IN THE ROCKAWAYS AND POSSIBLE CANDIDATE FOR ASSEMBLY31

    Excellent, excellent point! I’ve been working diligently in my last two positions to create flatter, more participatory organizational systems and step and grade systems that recognize the importance and talent of staff at all levels within the organization. In this age of impact, and so rightfully so, much more work needs to be done!
