I haven’t seen anyone mention the Intellectually/ Developmentally Disabled.
Has anyone considered them in this budget? They are truly the most vulnerable in our communities! Please consider those who live in State operated facilities as well as the nonprofit organizations that provide for them! They are struggling too, and need help from the State of New York!

Please keep the Van Cortlandt Park Alliance in mind with the group of nonprofits mentioned. We supplement trail and field maintenance in the park in partnership with NYC Parks. VCP is an oasis and source of sanity right now. Usage is up and yet we will see a huge loss as a result of City budget cuts.
    Please support VCPA: vancortlandt.org
Or text “Vannie” to 41444 to make a donation.
