    Hi,
    Allowing the LL to fix the SRO and ,literally,triple the rent,from then on…
    Even without serious harassment,
    is allowing gentrification through the back door.

    I live in a SRO ,in rent stabilized building for 35 years,
    The building had changed few hand ,but retained same rent,until last LL,
    He did everything he could,to buy,to persuade,to harass the tenants to move ,
    So far he succeeded for most,not yet all apt.

    The situation is contentious,the harassment is at border line.
    More than anything,allowing the LL Certification of none harassment,
    Will only ad to the harassment and gentrification.
