    The coalition of the rockaways says make more programs to help. Inmates fix buildings however most neighborhood dont want jail in their neighborhood remember jail is a punishment not a reward also deblasio and city council want to fix books to make it look like crime is down anouther thing the rockaways and other neighborhoods dont want jails the city and our council would proberly Work with city for. The trinkets they aré giving us will put a jail in our neighborhood they try to talk about Brooklyn house of detention first that building has been there before the buildings in neighborhood there aré only 180 low violente prisoners there now also it was closed semi closed. The building repaired and its not heavy used the rockaways which have been dumped on for years they will try to dumped one on us coalition of the rockaways will fight against that bruce jacobs

    At some point every penal colony and remote outpost outlives its usefulness. The decentralization of Rikers island with modern borough jail facilities preferably tied to court houses is inevitable.
