City Pushed for More Aggressive Industrial Policy

    The city is 60 years too late. Industrial businesses have been fleeing the city and the entire northeast since the 1950s. BTW in a city of renters self-storage businesses are necessary.

    Can we add the Brooklyn Navy Yard is a patronage machine? Where are the jobs at this facility? Lies since they were suppose to building housing at the facility – never happened.
    Let’s make sure New York Communities for Change don’t get involved since they are not changing anything? They are all talk no action. Let’s also try and figure out how L&M Development continues to get contracts with the city even though their track record is not very good. Oh, good look at the Tolan in Brooklyn or Madison Park in Harlem
