Alan Shamah
Alan Shamah is an Investment Manager/Managing Partner of Shamah Properties LLC, and a Managing Partner of Shamco Management, specializing in the acquisition of multi-family assets, securing privately placed funds as well as overseeing the complete investment financials. His real estate experience and exposure began in 1980 as his father, Joseph Shamah, began purchasing multi-family properties. Alan’s role was in the syndicating and acquisition efforts of the properties purchased. During the last several years, Alan has been directly involved in the day- to-day property management of all of the Shamah Property investments. He has served as Vice President of Hillel Yeshiva in Ocean Township, NJ and is a graduate of Boston University Business School with a major in Accounting.
