The integration of fentanyl into the drug world was a major game changer for dealers & users alike. Dealers could sell stronger & cheaper drugs, while addicts could get a greater high. Unfortunately, the potency of this bootleg manufactured drug came with major drawbacks. It’s killing users at an enormous rate. Dealers don’t care & those afflicted are still enticed by the disease to continue.
Until we educate & remove stigma and ignorance, we will not get the proper resources from the gov’t, private sector & public to properly deal with this ever growing epidemic that is taking so many innocent lives.

Addiction needs to be and can be treated. If you or a friend suffers from alcohol or drug addiction, then by all means seek help at a rehab center. Now there are many addiction treatment programs – https://profoundtreatment.com/addiction-treatment-programs/ , which help people overcome addiction and return to normal life.
