Wait a sec so the guy that hates every development project the city puts out and hates the entire planningnprocess in nyc now wants that planning process to restart? Why, so he can vote no on everything that crosses his desk?

Interesting that the target of this push to restart the land-use process seems to be my neighborhood, Gowanus – where the rezoning proposals have been HIGHLY controversial, and Brad Lander is very keen to ramrod the results of his rigged “Bridging Gowanus” results down our throats. A development/rezoning plan that has been called the largest rezoning and building in the City of this century – larger and more impactful than Hudson Yards! Shame shame shame.
