My wife kids and I have been found ineligible more than 3 times since Nov.28 2018. We was told there is space in mother in law home. We told DHS she kicked us out. Told us we can no longer st say there. This shelter is all we have for us. We have 2 young children 4 and 7 and my wife is pregnant. I’m reaching out for help. We just want to be eligible. The only option they gave us is to get a lawyer. I’m praying someone can help us. Thank you for your time.

Today is September 26, 2019, I have a young lady age 22 with a child age 5 with special need who is being denied due to their mishandling of her case at PATH she is being discriminated, telling her they will pay for her to go back to Puerto Rico. This is an outrage crisis because she has no where to go. I myself came from the homeless shelter with my family. I myself can not take her in we have no space for her. Every agency we have been through like Bronxwork can’t help her because, she is PATH problem. They don’t even what to sit down with her to listen to her.

Hello, My name is Francisco Quinones, I am a father of a special needs child of 10 years old that has lost his mothers due to the doctor that performed the procedure, leaving surgical tools in his mother which led up to her death in less than 3 months. Also I am in a relationship with someone that is due in october 1, 2021 to have my child, She suffers from an array of medical and mental health concerns, on top of being high risk pregnancy, her concerns vary from seizures, to schizophrenia, anxiety, depression, and bi polar condition, I am a working man in the mental health and substance abuse field. The reason why I am outreaching to you, is I was kicked out on june 4, 2021 due to being informed the residence I lived in was an illegal apartment. With no other options we went to the Path shelter, where despite meeting the criteria for housing, They keep saying
ineligible for shelter because of missing housing history? even though we have provided numerous forms stating they are wrong in this, On our last response they approved her and denied me. This time they denied us both again with the wrong housing timeline, I have nowhere to turn to. I am just a working father trying to do right by my family, Can you please help me?
