Several members of the borough’s Nepalese community are throwing their support behind the Brooklyn Borough President, one of several candidates vying for the 2021 mayoral election.
Nepalis who are in the U.S. are asked to register with the the Nepalese Embassy in order to return home, following a COVID-19 lockdown in the country since March.
