    Hey, I was pushed out of UWS due to high rent- BUT I saved like crazy and was able to purchase a condo in Harlem- Renters in NYC have little say in what goes on around the community- or even in their own buildings- My landlord jacked my rent to over $1000 in 4 years… I knew I had to do something.

    If you want to live in Manhattan, you have to PAY, that’s just the bottom line… Otherwise, your better off moving somewhere that is more affordable..save for a few years and then BUY… then you’ll be the “boss”…Landlords know only one thing- MONEY-don’t expect anything less..
