Class will start promptly at 9! Please arrive at 8AM to check in and get settled.
LIMITED mats provided. Please bring yours if you have one and please bring SNEAKERS if you want to participate in Kick Boxing and the Fuse Academy run to HarlemEatUp! Land Yoga, located just next to HarlemEatUp! will be open to drop items and freshen up, but please travel light!
Sunrise yoga comes to Harlem. Uptown Yoga Festival opens with a special meditation by life coach Shannon Algeo, followed by a yoga class taught by Lara Land and Dana Tarasavage which concludes with another meditation by the Urban Monk, Pandit Dasa. Break for treats from our incredible partners, TeaFay Infusions , UJI Smoothies and Zico Coconut Water and tunes by DJ Taela Naomi, voted uptowns best DJ. Spread ideas and unleash your inner potential at Human Unlimited‘s activation table. Return from your snack break ready for a 30-minute kick boxing class by ilovekickboxing, the New York fitness kickboxing program that burns fat fast. Then run over to HarlemEatUp! with run coach Will Marshall of Fuse Academy.
